About Me
Hello and Welcome! I'm Dr, Jon Zackary and I work in the Emergency Department at Kaiser Permanente Zion and at San Diego Medical Centers. If you were to unfortunately become ill and have to come to the emergency department, I hope I get to take care of all of your ailments and concerns and help you get back to your optimal health as soon as possible.
Biography
After college, I entered the U.S. Marine Corps as an air traffic control officer at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar for four years. Then I transferred to the U.S. Air Force and became a pilot of the C-17 Globemaster aircraft for 10 years. After flying, I attended medical school and then completed my emergency medicine residency here at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego.
About my practice
I am a very energetic and motivated physician towards ensuring that the emergency department team takes every effort to ensure that you receive the best care and to help you get back to your optimal health.
How I thrive
I believe staying healthy and exercising often. I enjoy running in marathons and working out at the gym. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter including our daily walks on the beach.
