About Me

Welcome to my Web page! I hope that the information here will help you get to know me a little better and will also help you decide if I am the right physician for you.

Biography

I am of Armenian descent. I was born and spent my childhood in Tehran, Iran, consequently, I am fluent in both Armenian and Farsi. My family moved to Southern California when I was a teenager. I attended UC Irvine for my undergraduate degree and then attended Western University of Health Sciences medical school in Pomona. I completed my resident physician training at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.

About my practice

I enjoy working with all family members, from infants to seniors. My practice is focused on preventive medicine and promoting a healthy lifestyle for the whole family, since a healthy lifestyle contributes to better health and longevity. I believe that a close partnership between you and your physician is needed to achieve your best possible health; therefore, I strive to get to know you well and recommend treatments that both fit the diagnosis and are right for you.

How I thrive

To be happy, one must find the right balance in life. Therefore, I spend most of my free time with my family and friends. When I can find the time, I enjoy listening to music, watching a play, reading books, meditating, exercising and traveling.
