About Me
Hello, and welcome to my Web page! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself. It is my privilege to work with you as your partner in good health.
Biography
I came to California from Connecticut along with my family when I was four years old. My parents were both teachers, and they selected Kaiser Permanente for their health care. So, long before I was a physician with Kaiser Permanente, I was a member. Helping others is something that has always given me personal satisfaction. In becoming a physician, I am given the opportunity to help people when they need it the most-when they are ill.
About my practice
I have been working at Kaiser Permanente in the Department of Endocrinology for seven years and have found it to be very rewarding. What's an endocrinologist, you ask? An endocrinologist is an internal medicine specialist who diagnoses and treats diseases of the glands. This gives me an opportunity to see a diverse panel of patients with challenging conditions of the thyroid gland, osteoporosis, and diabetes.
How I thrive
Exercising at least three times a week and spending time with my family help keep me balanced. Reading, listening to jazz, and rooting for the Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers also help keep life very interesting.
