About Me
I grew up in Fort Wayne, IN, and relocated to Colorado to be closer to my sister’s family. I went to medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my residency at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. After residency, I delivered babies for two years.
About my practice
I enjoy the variety that family medicine brings to my practice. I love getting to know my patients and forming relationships with their families. I have a special interest in taking care of children and women’s health, as well as, performing skin procedures and joint injections. I take a holistic approach to health care, believing that the health of the body is connected to our mind and the foods we eat. I work with my patients to find and solve the root cause of their problems.
How I thrive
One of the reasons I moved to Colorado was to enjoy the fantastic skiing. I’m also excited by all the beautiful hiking trails, including the challenging 14ers. Regular exercise and eating healthy food is an important part of my life, knowing that it makes a big difference in how I feel mentally and physically. My husband and I also like to travel extensively and explore new places.
