Biography

I’m excited to be practicing in the Huntington Beach area—a place I’ve called home for more than 30 years. I grew up in Fountain Valley, then spent time studying and working in the Mountain States area, the Midwest, Southern California, New England, and now in Southern California once again. My wife and I have six wonderful children, and my favorite activity is to spend time with them. I practice family medicine, which allows me to see members of all ages. I enjoy caring for families of many generations, from great-grandparents to their newborn great-grandchildren.

About my practice

Welcoming the newest family member into my practice is always a wonderful experience! I’m part of a health care team that includes medical assistants and nurses. We strive to make your health care experience as satisfying as possible. I believe in a well-rounded approach to life, caring for the mind, body, and spirit.

How I thrive

I enjoy many sports and outdoor activities, including surfing, backpacking, skiing, running, and soccer. Music is a vital part of my life, and I enjoy singing in and directing choirs, playing the organ and piano, and listening to music of many types. I enjoy learning new skills and exercising my mind through reading and studying. I try to take time each day to nourish my spirit, as I believe that will best help me, my family, and my members live life to the fullest.
