About Me
Hello, and welcome to my Web page! Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and share a bit about my practice. It is important that you feel comfortable when choosing a surgeon. I hope this page will help you get to know me, and I look forward to meeting you in person.
Biography
I was born in Georgia, but spent most of my life in Southern California. I attended college at UC Berkeley and medical school at USC. During medical school I developed an interest in neuroscience and decided to pursue the field of neurological surgery. I went on to complete training in neurological surgery at UCLA. During my neurosurgical training, I did a 14-month clinical fellowship in complex spinal surgery at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. Upon completion of my training I joined the Kaiser Permanente neurosurgery and spinal surgery team.
About my practice
I am privileged to be able to help people lead a more functional and healthy life by utilizing surgical and medical treatment options. I believe that every patient is different, and I spent time listening to my patients to understand their individual needs and tailor my treatment approach accordingly.
How I thrive
Outside of work I spend most of my time with my wife and my son. We enjoy going to parks and taking hikes.
