Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I’m almost a native San Diegan, having lived here since I was 4 (with a few years off for my education). I grew up with a work ethic that emphasized helping others, and my interest in becoming a doctor really grew from there.
I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I’m also here to help you when you are sick. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you are actively involved in taking care of your health. I feel honored that members have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family.
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. My family life is my major priority, although now, with most of my kids out of the house, it‘s often just me and the animals. I have a large extended family in town and we get together frequently for meals and to help each other with home improvement projects. I also make it a priority to set aside time to exercise, relax, and read a good novel.
