About Me

I moved to Colorado for college, and then moved to Southern California for medical school and residency. I love the mountains and the friendly Colorado culture so ultimately came back to stay in 2017 with my family. Practicing medicine is a rewarding way for me to give back to my community while getting to know my patients more personally and seeing them live up to their highest potential.

About my practice

I believe that one of the most important parts of improving health is to feel like your doctor is your partner, which is what I strive to be. I enjoy family medicine because I love working with patients of all ages and helping them with a wide variety of health-related concerns. Furthermore, a focus on preventive medicine is a key part of family medicine, which I believe is the most important step to ensuring a long, healthy life. I have a special interest in women’s health, children, and musculoskeletal issues. I am also board certified in integrative medicine, which is useful for patients that desire holistic, alternative approaches in health care. The basis of integrative medicine is having a balanced, healthy lifestyle with a focus on diet and exercise, and I love to discuss this with my patients to come up with personalized plans. I enjoy working at Kaiser Permanente because our multispecialty team approach helps to ensure excellent outcomes for you and your family.

How I thrive

I enjoy outdoor activities including hiking, biking, camping and rock climbing. I love running and yoga, as well as cooking healthy meals and just relaxing at home. My family is one of my highest priorities, so most of my free time is spent with them.
