About Me

I grew up in Spokane, Washington. I remained in Washington to complete my undergraduate studies at Western Washington University and then medical school at the University of Washington. My residency training was in internal medicine at the University of California, San Francisco. From there, I was excited to make my way to Colorado for my fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of Colorado. I was in private practice in infectious diseases in Denver but I missed the continuity and relationships that come with primary care, so I returned to internal medicine practice at a community clinic in Denver before joining Kaiser Permanente in 2014.

About my practice

I enjoy getting to know each of my patients as unique individuals and working with you to achieve your health goals. As your primary care physician, I see myself as a resource to understand your medical conditions and treatment options, and as your advocate as you navigate the health system. I anticipate a long career at Kaiser Permanente’s Baseline Medical Offices and look forward to building lasting relationships with you.

How I thrive

My interests outside of medicine include practicing yoga, snowboarding, skiing, running, and most of all spending time on our small farm in east Boulder with my husband, our young daughter and dog.
