About Me

I have lived in several different states and other countries throughout my life. Experiencing the diversity of the world has allowed me to develop a true appreciation for the many ways people live and thrive. My experiences have led me to the belief that there are infinite ways to pursue happiness. I pride myself on being able to assist people in discovering their own unique recipe for finding satisfaction in life. My pronouns are he/him/his.

About my practice

I utilize a feedback-informed treatment approach combined with solution focused brief therapy. I also incorporate components of acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, internal family systems, strategic/structural family therapy and behavioral therapy into my practice. I strongly believe in individualized treatment. My approach often includes finding something unique and specifically tailored to the people I work with.

How I thrive

I am passionate about psychology, spirituality, philosophy, music, nutrition, exercise, and parenting. I enjoy listening to podcasts and audio recordings about my passions. I have two active children, and we are often engaged in some sort of physical or artistic activity. I have a consistent exercise routine and enjoy cooking healthy meals. I like to get outside to play at the beach, in the mountains, or in the forest. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and listening to live music.
