Biography
Born, raised, and schooled here, I love living in California. I was born in Santa Monica, grew up in Encino, and am proud to hold degrees from Stanford University, where I did my undergraduate work, and UCLA, where I completed medical school and residency.
About my practice
I worked in the Department of Pediatrics as a general pediatrician for the first five years of my career at Kaiser Permanente South Bay. I then completed an Allergy/Immunology fellowship program at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles. And now I am back at Kaiser Permanente South Bay as an Allergist/Immunologist. I work with both children and adults (and their families) to try and manage their allergy and immunology problems so they can lead healthier and happier lives.
How I thrive
In today's world, where multi-tasking and stress frequently threaten our well-being, it is very important to value and safeguard our good health. Time spent with friends and family, exercise, yoga, laughter, music, massage, and simple relaxation are tools I use to achieve a well-balanced life. I encourage you to find the activities that will help you to thrive too.
