About Me

Hello, my name is Blake Crawford. I am a native Southern Californian who has trained long and hard in order to deliver high-quality eye care to Kaiser Permanente and my community.

Biography

I grew up here in sunny Southern California. I attended UCLA for my undergraduate degree and then USC for medical school. I finished my training in ophthalmology in Texas and have now served thousands of patients here in Southern California

About my practice

I believe in having an open and friendly atmosphere and in being available to members. High-quality care, excellent surgery, and great outcomes are what I strive for. Most importantly, I establish a personal connection with members so that they know I am in their corner.

How I thrive

I make sure to eat well, exercise regularly, swim, and play basketball. Meditation and motivational audio books help me maintain mental and spiritual stability. I also enjoy nature and spending time with family and friends.
