About Me

Our family was fortunate to be able to choose to move to Colorado from Northern Virginia in 2002. It’s a privilege to live and work in such a beautiful setting and to take care of patients who care about their health and wellness. My husband and I have teenage and young adult children, as well as dogs and horses.

About my practice

I enjoy helping patients stay healthy and feel young as the years go by. I care for adults of all ages. I enjoy caring for older patients with complex medical needs. I am grateful that I can provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care, with the real-time assistance of specialists and the help of an excellent electronic medical record in the Kaiser Permanente integrated system. How I thrive

To thrive, I love to hike, road bike, trail run, walk our dogs and downhill ski. I find peace working in our gardens at home. My husband and I enjoy seeing our children grow and achieve their own successes.
