About Me
I was born in Atlanta and grew up in nearby Marietta. I attended the University of Georgia and then traveled to Nashville, where I worked at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Studying to be a pediatric nurse practitioner at Emory University brought me home to the state and people I love dearly, and ultimately led me to the incredible team of pediatricians and pediatric nurses at Kaiser Permanente that I am honored to work with every day.
About my practice
As a pediatric care provider, it is my privilege to work in partnership with parents to help kids grow to be the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves. My practice centers on listening and understanding to patient and parent concerns and working together to develop an effective plan moving forward. It is always my goal to give our members the tools and techniques, as well as the support, they need to thrive at home, school and everywhere in between.
How I thrive
I thrive through spending time in the great outdoors with family and friends. Whether going for a walk along the Chattahoochee with my dog or a run on the bustling Beltline, I enjoy soaking up all this great city offers. Closer to my heart is a local non-profit I have worked with for more than 12 years that serves children in Georgia who have parents in prison. Serving all our community's children is what I strive for, and I am blessed to have found a champion in Kaiser Permanente that shares these same values.
