About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I’m privileged to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and members, and I look forward to working with you to keep you healthy.

Biography

I was born and grew up in Hong Kong. Growing up, I always wanted to be a physician because I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. Since I moved to the United States, I have always called California home. I spent several years in Northern California but chose to move to Southern California because of its cultural diversity and the beautiful weather. I completed my internal medicine residency at UC Irvine. I was also fortunate to spend some of my training within the Kaiser Permanente care system. I’ve always admired the quality of care that Kaiser Permanente provides to their members. I’m also excited about their commitment to preventive and proactive care. I joined Kaiser Permanente right after my residency and have been very happy about my decision.

About my practice

I’m very blessed to be working at the Ontario and Fontana medical centers. Each day I have the pleasure of working with colleagues who are committed to the health of every member we serve. I strongly believe that a healthy lifestyle and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy.

How I thrive

I try to stay fit by exercising with my wife regularly. I believe in leading by example because people who take care of themselves take better care of others. I enjoy playing basketball, running, and swimming. Once in a while, I may join my wife in her Zumba classes even though the wall mirrors are a constant reminder that I am a hopeless dancer. I also like to spend time on creative home and garden projects.
