About Me
I was born in Kiev, Ukraine. I was a teenager when my parents moved the entire family to the United States. We settled in Atlanta in 1992 and have been here ever since. I attended Emory University for undergraduate and medical school. I met my husband, who is also a physician, at Emory during my college years. We have an adorable and energetic daughter.
About my practice
I am a staff physician in the Kaiser Permanente Radiology Department. I read X-rays, ultrasound, mammograms, CAT (computerized axial tomography) scans and MRI (magnetic resonance imaging). I specialize mainly in abdominal and women's imaging. Currently, I am the head of the mammography section in our department.
How I thrive
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I like to read fiction and watch movies. I also enjoy ballroom dancing with my husband. I love traveling to different places and countries.
