About Me

I am a Colorado native and love my state! I completed medical school at the University of Colorado and my residency in family medicine at St. Anthony North. I have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband, and together we enjoy all the wonderful things our state has to offer. I love the art of practicing medicine and having the opportunity to help others better their health throughout the age spectrum. I am part of a diverse family and community, and I feel this enriches the way I am able to interact with my patients.

About my practice

From the cradle to the grave, family medicine is incredibly unique in that it allows the opportunity for a provider to participate in a patient's care throughout their life. I love the privilege as well as the challenge of caring for a large range of issues and building strong, long-lasting relationships with patients. I enjoy pediatrics, women's care, and refugee medicine specifically, but as a true family medicine doctor, I happily welcome all patients into my practice. I want to help you to be the healthiest you possible. I encourage my patients to practice wellness and maintain their health, while also tackling their issues when illness/health problems do arise.

How I thrive

I enjoy the outdoors, exercising, traveling, cooking and baking, and spending time with my loved ones. Being kind to others and making their day just a bit better is something I try to do as much as possible.
