About Me
I have been practicing chiropractic care since 1993. I am a graduate of the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic and received my undergraduate degree from the University of Bridgeport. I was first introduced to chiropractic treatment at an early age. As a child I had asthma, along with many environmental allergies. At my father’s urging, I began receiving regular adjustments. He relied on chiropractic care for relief from lower back pain. Within 3 months my allergies were gone, along with my asthma. This had a profound effect on my life and I decided then to become a chiropractor.
About my practice
I have postgraduate studies in pediatric care, nutrition, and functional medicine. My emphasis is on prevention and maintaining a healthy spine and nervous system through regular chiropractic care.
How I thrive
In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, fishing, and racing mountain bikes. I have completed the Leadville Trail 100 Run 13 times, along with numerous other local and regional events.
