About Me

Hello and welcome to my Web page. It's very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you get to know me a little better.

Biography

I am originally from New York City, which is where I also completed my undergraduate and medical studies. I later moved to Northern Virginia/DC metro area for my surgical residency training. Even though I am from a big city, I have always had a love for all things outdoors. I had California dreams and decided to make the move out west to start my career in medicine. My husband and I have made Southern California our home and love all the things that it has to offer.

About my practice

I fully believe in the core values of being a Kaiser Permanente physician, which involve providing member-centered care, evidenced-based medicine, accountability, and innovation. I strive to incorporate these values into my practice daily. I believe in preventive and conservative care for most foot and ankle issues. When deemed appropriate, I offer surgical intervention.  My extensive training in advanced forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery, revision/reconstruction surgery, plastic surgery, and arthroscopic surgery allows me to give members the best surgical outcomes.

How I thrive

Being a Kaiser Permanente physician allows me have a great work-life balance, which lets me enjoy my personal life. My husband and I love spending time outdoors doing things like biking, hiking, going to the beach, swimming, and paddle boarding. Making time to travel and have adventures is a priority for us, so we try to do that as often as possible.  We also have a passion for cooking and love sharing our meals with our friends.
