About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I would like to introduce myself, and tell you about my occupational medicine practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente, and look forward to partnering with you in caring for your health.

Biography

I was born in the Midwest, and moved to Southern California when I was a child. I earned a degree in biology at UC Irvine, and attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. I did my residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the UC Irvine School of Medicine. I feel that health promotion and disease prevention are the best ways to stay well. In addition to offering good medical care, I put strong emphasis on educating my patients about healthy practices. I want to be your partner in health. When you are actively involved in your health, it helps me provide better care. Keeping life in balance is very important to me, and involves mind, body, and spirit. I come from a large family, and have a wonderful wife and son.

How I thrive

My faith and my family life are my highest priorities. I enjoy being outdoors, volunteering to do community service, exercising, reading, and spending quality time with my family.
