About Me

I am originally from Rochester, N.Y. However, I dislike the cold, so I found my way to Georgia! I received my master's degree in social work from Clark Atlanta University. I became a social worker because I have a passion for supporting others in learning to operate at their optimal level.

About my practice

At Kaiser Permanente, I work with adolescents and adults. I am honored to have the opportunity to provide support to people during challenging times in their lives. I believe change is necessary for growth. I also enjoy partnering with our members in order to facilitate changes to promote positive mental, physical, emotional and spiritual outcomes.

How I thrive

Work-life balance is very important to me. In order for me to be an effective clinician, I have to make sure I am operating at my best. I enjoy spending time with family, working out and traveling.
