About Me
I’m a native New Yorker and have been in Colorado for over 25 years. My family keeps me very busy and I love the Colorado lifestyle. Early in my life, I realized that I enjoy helping people feel better and solving problems, so I earned my bachelor of arts degree in psychology and my Psy.D. at the University of Denver.
About my practice
I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been in practice since 2005. I work primarily from a cognitive-behavioral perspective with adults and teens. The therapies I utilize are exposure with response prevention (ERP), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), behavioral activation (BA), habit reversal therapy (HRT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
How I thrive
Mountain biking, skiing, and being outside with my family are what keep me healthy and happy. Most summer weekends are spent taking trips with the camper and exploring our incredible state!
