About Me

I went to college at UCLA and then medical school and residency at Boston University. I chose internal medicine and primary care because I enjoy developing close relationships with my patients and hopefully knowing them for a long time. I grew up in Oregon, but have lived all over the United States. I think Colorado is the best place to live. I now live in the south metro area of Denver, and I'm married with two great kids.

About my practice

I specialize in general internal medicine, which means I treat just about anything. I treat many patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, various types of heart disease, and several other conditions. I like having patients who will work with me in an open and honest way so that we can develop a good working relationship to improve your health. I will coordinate your care with specialists, pharmacists and others so you receive the most appropriate care for your needs.

How I thrive

I believe strongly in regular exercise and having a very active life filled with physical activity for recreation. Exercise and activity should be fun, not just something you have to do. I also believe in a well-balanced lifestyle, and I stay active in many activities in my community and church.
