About Me
Born and raised in San Jose, California, I received my optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and completed my residency with the Veterans Administration just outside Chicago. I then moved to Seattle to be with my husband as he worked on his pharmacy degree. We fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and its people, and we are excited to call Portland home.
About my practice
My residency training was focused on primary eye care and ocular disease. I also enjoy fitting specialty contact lenses. Providing my patients with the highest quality of care is my priority. Vision is a gift, and I am committed to preserving it.
How I thrive
Like many of us in the Northwest, I am passionate about the outdoors. In my spare time, you'll probably find me in the mountains hiking or backpacking, photographing the sights along the way. At home, I love trying new recipes and making ice cream from scratch. I am also an avid traveler and am hoping to explore all seven continents.
