About Me

My family and I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1988, and I have been in practice at Kaiser Permanente since 1990. We love the outdoors and friendliness of Northwesterners. I have two adult children. One has trained to be a teacher and the other is currently in medical school.

About my practice

Being in family practice, I have many patients from multiple generations in one family. Preventive care is the most important aspect of good medical care, and Kaiser Permanente does that very well.

How I thrive

Every week I do Pilates, play tennis and walk our dog. We try to get outside as often as possible, whether gardening or hiking, and enjoy spending time with friends and family as often as we can.
