About Me
I am delighted to be in the Pacific Northwest where my Mother, Father and Grandmother, first immigrated to from Japan. After spending most of my life in California, with 4 years in Albany, NY for residency, I hope to make this home for many years to come.
About my practice
In my practice, I strive for a collaborative relationship with my patients in achieving health. I am delighted to learn from my patients as much as they learn from me. I respect that not everyone is in the same place in regard to health, and I find fulfillment in helping patients achieve their goals one step at a time.
How I thrive
These days, I find solace in simple pleasures, such as spending time biking, cooking, gardening and going to the farmer's market. I am very excited about bicycling in Portland and try to accomplish most of my errands and activities this way.
