About Me

I am from small town Oklahoma and attended the University of Oklahoma (Go Sooners!) earning a degree in Nutritional Sciences. After working as a registered dietitian for a few years, I further pursued my passion to promote health by attending medical school at Oklahoma State University. The mountains drew me to Colorado for my family medicine residency training at Swedish Medical Center and I am excited to continue to develop my community here in Denver.

About my practice

I believe health care is a team event. It is important to me for my patients to feel empowered and supported as we work together toward overall wellness or through an illness or injury. What I love about family medicine is the opportunity to take care of people of all ages and to grow with entire families. With my background in nutrition, I have a special interest in preventive medicine, child and adolescent wellness, and women’s health. I also provide osteopathic manipulation when indicated.

How I thrive

I love living in Colorado and the endless adventure opportunities it has to offer. I find balance by spending time outside with my friends and family–trail running, skiing, rock climbing, camping, and laughing on patios.
