About Me

Growing up in Arvada, Colorado, I was surrounded by the breathtaking Flatirons and Rocky Mountains views. Arvada was a close-knit community where I developed a strong sense of purpose and connection with others, especially when I was a lifeguard and coach. As a Colorado native, I was instilled with the values of hard work and resilience, and I have a deep appreciation for helping those around me. These values guided my journey to becoming a physician assistant (PA). Being a PA is a career that combines my passion for healthcare and the desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. My path to becoming a PA was inspired by my experiences and my grandparents (my best friends). I was drawn to science, math, and problem-solving from an early age. I am proud to call myself a PA. The journey was challenging and required dedication and perseverance. But it allowed me to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to make a real impact in the lives of others. Outside work, I find balance and joy in traveling, coaching, and staying active. As I continue this journey, I remain committed to lifelong learning, compassionate care, and doing what is best for the patients I see.

About my practice

The most rewarding aspect of being a physician assistant is the opportunity to make a tangible difference in patients' lives. I value collaboration with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. I am honest and will talk to you as if you are my family member. I honestly care about your well-being.

How I thrive

I love hanging out with the love of my life. She gives me purpose and meaning. She is my rock, my heart, and my soul. I enjoy traveling to tropical areas so that I can encounter a shark or two while I'm snorkeling. And my favorite time of year is Shark Week on the Discovery Channel. I like to read action novels (Steve Berry) or horror novels (Stephen King). Golden Retrievers are my absolute favorite dog. I used to coach soccer, baseball, and basketball. I also taught swimming lessons and water aerobics. And you can always find me listening to 80s music.
