About Me

I was born and raised here in Colorado. I never, ever wanted to leave because I enjoy the mountains and the changing of the seasons. Both my parents still live in Colorado. I have three younger brothers, three sister-in-laws, and a total of five nieces and nephews. I chose to go into the medical field because I had a strong desire to help people. It was my calling in a sense. I completed my undergraduate work at the University of Colorado and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology, my graduate work at the University of Northern Colorado with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology, and my Physician Assistant degree from Red Rocks. I graduated in 2005 and I am board certified.

About my practice

I am General Surgery Physician Assistant. I take care of surgical patient's in the hospital, as well, see patients in the medical office. I surgically remove skin cancers, moles, and lumps and bumps.

How I thrive

Personally, I love the outdoors. I use to have a golden retriever named Chelsea and I would take her everywhere. I enjoy hiking, boating, jet skiing, traveling to the tropics, and working out. I volunteer at my church - I am on the safety/medical/security team. My philosophy is to enjoy life and help/take care of others who are in need.
