Biography

I am a Southern California native who grew up in Orange County. My wife and I get a lot of pleasure from spending time with each other and our four adult children, who all live in the area.

About my practice

My choice of medicine, and ophthalmology in particular as a career, has been rewarding and stimulating, a gift for which I am grateful every day to be able to share with my patients. I provide ophthalmological care for adults, which includes diagnosis and medical/surgical treatment of general eye conditions, with an emphasis on treating cataracts, glaucoma, and adult retinal conditions.

How I thrive

My interests outside of work include golf, skiing, gardening, and traveling. Life is filled with unexpected potholes for all of us. So, to navigate a smooth course, a balance between the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of our lives is the key to living well. I try to maintain that balance, and I take pleasure and satisfaction in the care I provide my patients.
