About Me

I am originally from the East Coast. After completing residency in family medicine at Wake Forest University, in North Carolina, I practiced full-spectrum primary care in Alaska and New York City, before moving to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where I have practiced in Portland and in Central Oregon. Supporting patients and families dealing with serious illness and end-of-life choices has always been close to my heart. I followed my passion in 2011 and transitioned my practice to specialize in palliative care.

About my practice

I feel incredibly lucky to have the opportunity and honor to connect with patients and their families. I am proud to be a part of a medical specialty that prioritizes and highlights the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to care, including physical, emotional, and spiritual support. I provide palliative care services in the hospital, clinic, and home, and in virtual settings.

How I thrive

I love to knit, travel, read, and explore this gorgeous region with my sweet family.
