About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am a pediatrician and have been practicing at Kaiser Permanente’s Bellflower Medical Center for over 25 years!

Biography

I chose to become a pediatrician in middle school, inspired by my parents’ dedication to educating and helping those less fortunate than themselves. I’m married and have two daughters. In my limited free time, I enjoy volunteering at my daughters’ schools.

About my practice

My practice covers the entire pediatric spectrum, from birth to 19 years old. Healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care are the best ways to stay well, so I encourage the youngsters in my practice to eat well, exercise, and get plenty of rest. Additionally, I am on the clinical faculty at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where I teach pediatric residents and medical students. In order to take better care of my patients, I stay up to date with changes in medical practices by attending educational meetings and seminars.

How I thrive

I subscribe to the philosophy of the Latin phrase “mens sana in corpore sano” (sound mind in a sound body), and I try to live it in my life every day. I enjoy running, cycling, hiking, cooking, and reading. Recently, I started practicing yoga. Try it. You might enjoy it as well!
