About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page! I am humbled to be a part of the Kaiser Permanente family, and I strive to care for members as if they were my own family members.

Biography

I moved from Maryland to Nevada for medical school and then to California for residency training. The sunny weather, beautiful beaches, and outdoor adventures called me to stay here. In a way, Southern California reminds me of southern Vietnam, where I grew up until my family moved to the United States when I was 8 years old. Therefore, I’m excited to start a practice and become part of the community in this new home.

About my practice

I am proud to be a Vietnamese American! One can say that my values and philosophies reflect both cultures. I think that health is a balancing act between the body and the mind. I’m here to help you maintain that balance and to aid you when you are sick. Let’s be proactive about your health and get started soon!

How I thrive

I too try to balance my body and mind. I hike, snowboard, and travel when I can. I am learning how to cook, especially Vietnamese food, so that I can feed a strong body. I enjoy working out every other day as a means to relieve stress. I see working out as an act to balance myself instead of a task, so I look forward to it after a long day of work.
