About Me

I decided to become a physician after traveling to Honduras for a medical mission trip while I was an undergraduate at Virginia Tech. I grew up in a small town in southern Virginia. After completing my undergraduate studies I went to medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. From there I moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, where I completed my residency in family medicine at St. Petersburg General Hospital. I finally made the move to Colorado with my fiancée and our dog Mio after finishing residency.

About my practice

I am a family physician that enjoys seeing patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. The opportunity to interact with patients from multiple age groups on a daily basis drew me to family medicine. I am a strong proponent of disease prevention, and believe that lifestyle is one of the most important factors in preventing and treating chronic ailments. I care about my patients and strive to consider all aspects of their lives during my encounters. I also have a special interest in sports medicine and performing minor procedures.

How I thrive

Being active and enjoying the outdoors helps me thrive. I enjoy multiple sports including soccer, golf, skiing and snowboarding. I also enjoy live music and traveling.
