About Me

Welcome to my Web page.

Biography

I was born in Viet Nam, but I’ve lived in the United States for most of my life. I was trained in medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center, and I’ve worked for Kaiser Permanente since 2000. I started out as outpatient clinician but, after a few years, I transitioned to being a hospitalist—a doctor who cares for members when they are admitted to the hospital.

About my practice

I became a physician to follow in the footsteps of my older sibling who also happens to be an Internist. I became an internist in order to treat adults with chronic diseases. I work mostly in the hospital, taking care of hospitalized members. There is nothing more rewarding than making a sick person healthy again.

How I thrive

I believe a physician should set an example by exercising daily, eating healthy diet, and doing preventive care. By doing all of the above, both the member and the physician may live long and productive lives.
