About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I am originally from the state of Washington but have lived all over the United States, attending over 10 schools between kindergarten and graduation. I feel fortunate to have had a wide variety of experiences and to have found Southern California to be the place I call home. I plan to raise my family and retire here.

About my practice

I trained as a nurse prior to moving to sunny Southern California. I worked as an RN in San Diego for seven years before going to medical school. I find that this experience has helped me connect more closely with my patients and staff, truly enhancing the overall care experience for those I am fortunate enough to care for and work with. I am a true team player and believe that is the only way medical care will be effective.

How I thrive

Thrive! I love that word! I love to run, yoga, water ski, snow ski, and horseback ride. These are the ways I stay healthy, in addition to family and work balance. I am not a believer of deprivation but in moderation in all things. I believe you can be who you want to be, and live the life you are meant to, through determination and dedication.
