About Me

Welcome to my Web page! I'm very happy to introduce myself to you and share some personal information.

Biography

I was born and raised in the Los Angeles area and I have lived in California my entire life. I attended college at UCLA, where I majored in physiological science and went to medical school at UC Davis. Becoming a pediatrician was a goal I developed during college and my experiences in medical school led me to pursue a career in pediatric hematology-oncology. I completed my internship and residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center and then went on to complete my fellowship at UCLA.

About my practice

I am very happy to be a part of the Kaiser Permanente family. I personally believe in the Kaiser Permanente philosophy and enjoy being a part of a team effort to provide the best possible health care to our patients and families. Having a child with a blood disorder or cancer diagnosis can be stressful and overwhelming at times. I am here as part of a large team of doctors, nurses, social workers, and child life specialists to work with you as your partner in health.

How I thrive

Maintaining a well-balanced life is very important to me. I thrive by exercising regularly and making time to spend with my family and friends. I am an avid sports fan and I enjoy watching football and basketball. In my spare time I also like to read, watch movies, and attend plays and musicals.
