About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice.

Biography

I was born in New York, but I moved to Southern California along with my family when I was seven years old, so I consider myself a native Southern Californian. I have been connected with Kaiser Permanente all of my life. In my childhood and into my adult years, Kaiser Permanente is where I received high-quality medical care. Now I am happy to call myself a Kaiser Permanente physician.

About my practice

Although my training is in family medicine, I see only members who are 18 or older. I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy. I encourage my members to keep health and fitness among their main life goals and inform them of the benefits that exercise has for the mind and body. I also assist in the care of my members during times of illness. My practice philosophy is to be your partner in health. When you are actively involved in taking care of your health, it makes my job easier.

How I thrive

I try to get at least an hour of quality exercise daily. In addition, some of my pursuits in the fitness arena include weight lifting, yoga, spinning, snowboarding, and triathlons. Aside from physical activity, I also make it a priority to set aside time to just relax, spend time with friends and family, and enjoy life.
