About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
Biography
As a young child, I knew that I wanted to be a doctor, in part because of the compassionate care that I saw doctors provide and the way they were able to help patients get better. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives. Practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.
About my practice
I am a board-certified developmental behavioral pediatrician who specializes in assisting children with developmental or behavioral concerns such as ADHD, autism disorder, Tourette's syndrome, anxiety, and depression. My specialization provides me with a special opportunity to connect with and help young people in a meaningful way, by performing evaluations and consultations for children and young adults with suspected behavioral issues, and providing medical care and medicine management for members with developmental disorders and behavioral issues. Communication with members and their families is an important part of my practice. I feel honored that members have entrusted me with their care and strive to treat them as I would my own family.
How I thrive
I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente’s emphasis on the well-being and health of the whole individual and try to live it in my life every day. My family life is my major priority, and I enjoy family outings. My husband, 2 sons, and I enjoy summer camping trips and quiet family time at home.
