About Me

I am originally from Colorado and upon completing my medical training wanted to return to Colorado to help those in the Rocky Mountain region. I was honored to be recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in 2019.

About my practice

I chose to work in the specialty of movement disorders to help patients and families deal with chronic medical problems such as Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, essential tremor, dystonia and many other neurologic conditions that affect balance and coordination. I specialize in treating adults. Procedures that I have expertise in include evaluation and management of deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease, essential tremor and dystonia. I also use Botox injections to help patients with dystonia. I believe that patients do best when they are engaged in decision-making. My role is discussing the treatments available with patients and their families to determine which option fits best with their goals.

How I thrive

As the parent of 2 young kids, I spend the majority of my time outside of the office with my family. We are very active in outdoor activities including skiing, fishing, mountain biking and hiking.
