About Me
Hello, and welcome to my Web page. My goal as your child's doctor is to provide the best possible care to them. We will work collaboratively with you and your family as a team to achieve that goal.
Biography
I am originally from Vietnam but have been living in Southern California for over 13 years. I went to high school, college, graduate school, and medical school in San Diego. After medical school, I moved to the Bay Area for three years, completing my residency in pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland. I then had further training in pediatric hospice and palliative medicine at Children's Hospital Los Angeles and Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center before joining Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center. Being a palliative care physician for children is a great honor.
About my practice
I provide care to all children from birth to 18 years of age. My philosophy is to care for patients as a whole person (i.e. the body, the mind, and the emotion). I help with symptom management; I also facilitate team communication and provide support to you and your family.
How I thrive
Outside of medicine, I enjoy playing ping-pong (table tennis). I also love listening to music and the NPR news. Most importantly, I enjoy spending time with family and friends when I am not at work.
