About Me
I am so excited to have the opportunity to work with you! I grew up in Atlanta and was able to experience Kaiser Permanente firsthand as a member. I attended Kennesaw State University and majored in international affairs. I was drawn to medicine because of my inquisitive nature and the desire to make a positive impact in my community. After completing medical school at Morehouse School of Medicine, I had beautiful boy/girl twins and moved to California for pediatric residency at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in Oakland. Through my experiences as a mother and a pediatrician, I knew that I wanted to work in a system that provided family-centered care to patients. I am thankful to have the opportunity to provide the same excellent care that I was given, to you and your family.
About my practice
My approach to patient care is that each person deserves respect and acknowledgement, in addition to excellent medical care. I will do my best to be honest, thorough and caring as we embark on a journey together to keep you and your family healthy and thriving.
How I thrive
I enjoy spending time with my husband and twin children, exercising and reading anything I can get my hands on! My family and I can often be found traveling, on hiking trails around the city, exploring Atlanta or in our yard enjoying the evening air.
