About Me
Welcome to my Web page! I'm happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
Biography
I’m originally from Michigan, but I fell in love with California on a visit and decided to move west for my residency. The rest of my family eventually moved to California as well. I decided to become a physician while in high school, when the female medical students at a local university held a career day for high school girls that I attended. This was the first time I had seen so many female physicians and it inspired me to follow in their footsteps. I chose otolaryngolgy and head and neck surgery (ENT) as a specialty because of the variety of patients and problems that our specialty cares for, as well as the mix of office practice and surgery it involves. I have two children.
About my practice
I practice general otolaryngology—care for the ear, nose, and throat—and perform general otolaryngological surgery as part of a group of 12 physicians and one physician assistant in our department in Orange County. I particularly enjoy seeing children. Our team works well together, and my medical assistant is the best! Both my medical assistant and I are fluent in Spanish.
How I thrive
I exercise every day, eat healthy food, and love my kids!
