About Me

I joined the Southern California Permanente Medical Group in 2003 and have been practicing podiatric medicine and surgery since 1996. I feel very fortunate to practice podiatry here at Kaiser Permanente: the work environment is very friendly and the medical group always strives to improve care for the good of our patients and community.

Biography

I completed my undergraduate studies at the California Polytechnic State University in Pomona and then went to the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. I did my two-year foot and ankle surgical residency training at Northridge Hospital Medical Center, where I specialized in elective and reconstructive surgery. I also completed a two-year program in caring for wounds of the lower extremities at Northridge Hospital Center for Wound Care.

About my practice

I have served on the faculty in the foot and ankle surgery residency program at Northridge Medical Center. I make it a point to stay current on new techniques and procedures in foot surgery, in part by being an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

How I thrive

I thrive by getting exercise in my spare time, and I especially enjoy golfing, running, and mountain biking. Family life is a major priority for me.
