About Me

I was born and raised in Colorado and obtained my medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. My interest in primary care led me to practice family medicine. I enjoys seeing patients of all ages and getting to know families.

About my practice

My practice is a biopsychosocial model of care, which means I enjoy taking care of the whole person, not just your medical illnesses. My interests include women's health and preventive medicine. I also like treating chronic diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. I feel fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because it encourages a team environment where everyone is committed to keeping members healthy.

How I thrive

Much of my free time is spent volunteering and mentoring. I usually relax by reading, gardening and cross-stitching. My future goals include traveling internationally.
