About Me

I was raised in California and moved to Colorado in 1999.

About my practice

I enjoy working in urgent care and have worked in orthopedics and family practice in the past. My goal is to provide the most appropriate care for my patients, so they aren't spending extra time or money to get the care they deserve. I trust other Kaiser Permanente providers to take excellent care of my patients if I'm not available. I respect my patients as partners in maintaining their health. I work with my patients to make treatment plans that meet their needs and lifestyles. I feel it is important to practice evidence based medicine.

How I thrive

I enjoy hiking with my family, camping and traveling. Having a good work life balance is important to me and allows me to stay healthy.
