About Me

Hello and welcome to my web page! I'm glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials and share my philosophy with you. It is important that you feel comfortable with me as a physician and person as we start or continue your health journey.

Biography

I am a Southern California native, born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. For my medical training I attended Western University of Health Sciences for medical school and completed my clinical training in family medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino, California. I feel fortunate to be a family medicine physician because I have the opportunity to get to know my patients and partner with them to be the healthiest versions of themselves. As a young girl I was inspired to be a family physician when an immediate family member was diagnosed with diabetes. I learned that taking control of the disease was more than just applying the knowledge to the body, but also having a support system to support the mind and spirit. As a new or old diagnosis can affect the mind, body, and spirit.

About my practice

I believe in providing holistic care, which includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and addressing acute issues. My goal is to partner with and empower my patients with the tools to create and maintain healthy lifestyle choices. I am also available when you feel acutely ill and need evaluation and treatment.

How I thrive

I thrive in mind, body, and spirit by practicing holistic care. I enjoy spending time with family whether it is spending a peaceful afternoon taking care of our gardens to exploring the Greater Los Angeles area. Making the time for regular exercise and reconnecting with nature through gardening and hiking helps me keep balanced and stay healthy to take care of my patients and my family.
