About Me

Welcome! It is important to me that you feel comfortable with your primary care physician. Thank you for taking the time to visit my Web page. I look forward to partnering with you on your health.

Biography

I am a Southern California native, born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley. For my medical training, I attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona for medical school and completed my clinical training in family medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in San Bernardino. I feel fortunate to be a family medicine physician because I have the opportunity to get to know members and partner with them to help them be healthier versions of themselves. As a young girl, I was inspired to be a family physician when an immediate family member was diagnosed with diabetes. I learned that taking control of the disease was more than just applying the knowledge to the body — it was also having a support system to support the mind and spirit. A new or old diagnosis can affect the mind, body, and spirit.

About my practice

I believe in providing whole-person care, which includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and addressing acute issues. My goal is to partner with and empower members with the tools to create and maintain healthy lifestyle choices. I am also available when you feel ill and need evaluation and treatment.

How I thrive

I enjoy spending time with family, whether it is spending a peaceful afternoon taking care of our gardens to exploring the Greater Los Angeles area. Making time for regular exercise and reconnecting with nature helps me keep balanced and stay healthy to take care of members and my family.
