I was raised in an Air Force family. Needless to say, we moved around a lot during the early part of my life. When my father eventually left the Air Force, we first settled in New Mexico. As an avid skier, I remember traveling regularly between New Mexico and Colorado, and I was lucky enough to go to high school in the Colorado mountains. My educational aspirations next took me all over the country, from the Pacific Northwest, to the Midwest, and into the Northeast corridor. One thing I can say after all of this moving around is that Colorado is an amazing place to live. I am so happy to have returned to my home and to have the opportunity to work with such a fantastic group of patients!
It is a privilege to help care for a diverse variety of patients as a board-certified emergency medicine physician. I look forward to seeing my patients and enjoy learning about them. From medical concerns to lifestyle and health care needs, every day is interesting. I hope to share with you my medical knowledge, so that we can formulate a plan together that best fits your health care needs. Electronic medical records help me to see the big picture of your health. I work as a team with our specialists, pharmacists and others to coordinate your care.
My wife and children keep my heart beating, the Colorado outdoors fill my lungs, and my occupation fuels my mind. I am the luckiest person alive!
