Biography

I became a physician to practice the compassionate art of medicine, to engage in the continuous learning and challenges that come with this work, and to practice medicine based on scientific evidence with an open mind. This has been a rewarding experience.

About my practice

At Kaiser Permanente, I get to help one person at a time and also contribute to our community. My team and I wish to involve you as much as possible in your own health care. This includes encouraging you to take care of yourself by leading a healthy lifestyle. I am honored by the trust my patients and colleagues have given me.

How I thrive

I enjoy spending time with my family, engaging in outdoor activities, and reading a variety of journals, magazines, and books.
