About Me

I was born in Fresno, Cali. and moved frequently until arriving in Colorado in 1980. While I left after graduating high school, I came back home to Colorado in 2003. I am married to my best friend and enjoy spending time with my family.

About my practice

I found my calling and purpose in nursing years ago when volunteering for the American Red Cross at a state side military post. I am proud of being a registered nurse since 1998. I’ve had the privilege to care for underserved populations in Ecuador and Jamaica. I am constantly inspired by my patients and honored to work with them on their health. I try to meet patients where they are in their health. Currently, I help patients achieve their best health and wellbeing who are living with diabetes.

How I thrive

I enjoy traveling, camping, and spending time with friends and family. My husband and I learned to scuba dive a few years ago. I found the underwater environment so beautiful and amazing. I love Colorado, however sometimes I hear the ocean calling my name!
