About Me

I am a retired Air Force doctor who came to Colorado for my last duty assignment and found home, both in the greater Denver area and with Kaiser Permanente. I have two amazing daughters who take up most of my time outside of work, making Urgent Care and its flexibility of scheduling a perfect fit for my life.

About my practice

I love the variety and complexity of our patient population in Urgent Care. I look forward to meeting my patients and enjoy learning about them. I do my best to practice evidence-based, patient-centered medicine that is cost-effective for my patients. I respect my patients as partners in maintaining their health, and work as a team with our specialists, pharmacists and others to coordinate my patients' care.

How I thrive

I thrive by sharing time with my daughters, from doing homework together to discovering fun and interesting things in Colorado. We try to take a weekend every month to drive around and find something great about our state. We have hiked Pawnee Buttes and joined the Bureau of Land Management four-wheel drive tour of the Purgatory Valley. I love reading fantasy novels in my spare time or when the roads are too slick. Jim Butcher and Ilona Andrews are a couple of favorite authors.
